Shop says not enough IP?
The shop tab thinks I don't have enough IP to get a new champ, it will let me get things at a lower price tier. I guess I'll play a match and see if it's fixed.

Same problem for me. I've been trying to buy Brand (have 5000 IP) and it won't let me. I've played matches, quit and re-opened the client, and even bought a rune to see if my IP would refresh, but nothings working.
Yeah same im trying to get twitch and i have 3424 i did the same things and reset the client as well as buying some cheap runes to see if the ip was bugged but i was able to purchase the runes and the ip went down like normal but i still can't get the champ please help
Same issue, I have 6338 and it will only let me buy 4800 and below
I was having the same problem. Launching the legacy client and purchasing through the old store worked.
Load the legacy client then it should work, that's what I did. You can go back after
