[New Client] Mastery 6 -> Mastery 7

I recently promoted my Sivir to Mastery 7, the indicator that came up showed I unlocked Mastery 6.

I don't have blue essence to try and recreate though, so if any fellow summoner's out there have experienced this, please confirm.
