Champ select freezing till it's my turn to pick.

I'm in my promos and i've highlighted my champ, when first ban is up it froze at 0 seconds till it was my turn to choose my champion, i was scared i'd get dc'd and be punished my first game as a loss. Riot please help me on this so i know if i should play another or not.
