Abilities Bug?

so, its been happening to me for a while, even more when playing azir, that when i cast abilities too fast, for example with aazir (W+Q+E) it doesnt even cast Q... dunno if its a general thing or not, another example is with nid, when i come out of cat form to try casting heal and it doesnt work... can you check this out pls?
