Nasus Q Bug

I found this bug today, and have seen alot of other people having this issue as well. Basically what happens is when you press Q as Nasus and go to attack a target and during the animation of the attack you switch targets, Nasus will attack in slow motion, as if he had an attack speed of .1 or something. Lost me a duel in top lane as well as messing up my farming, but otherwise, a pretty rare occurance.
