New champ select bug

Hey just wanted to report a small bug in which when me and another person switched champs at the very end of the champ select we ended up with random skins we did'nt choose, i owned mine the other person was given a skin he didnt even own, no clue how to recreate it. the only thing i can really tell you is we switched champs at the last second or two
