Auto decline bug

So I was queuing up for a game for TT since I'm super close to Gold on it and when the game brought up the accept match button to get into champion select, it almost instantly went away, said I declined and kicked me back into the lobby. There wasn't even enough time for me to decline it, it just happened in a split second and I'm just confused on how this would happen.
