Elementalist Lux Bug

This hasn't happened before and i dont think its supposed to, but when i reach enough power to use my 2nd form i can still choose the previous form and when i do it will put me into a random form and i am not able to change from that form again. ex i changed to fire an i was able to choose fire again for some reason, i chose fire again to see what would happen, the result was me changing to nature form and i was stuck in that form for the rest of the game.
