I don't approve of this but
Temmo support, it's an evil , corrupt, and an over all d-move. however as i h ave tried brand , cass , malz, etc dot support but temmo/s e poison cant proc spell thief, was that intentional or not?

I believe because it is a passive DoT, similar to GP or Twitch. Preventing it means you can't do one mana-free attack and proc all your stacks. I'll have to check who else has a dot like this but doesn't proc it, and if there are those that do. Let me know if you can think of some off teh top of your head. (can't remember if Lulu's Pix can. I think it used to and was changed)
