Karthus Bug

Was playing a Game where none of my moves worked instanlty. Pantheon walked through my wall but did not get slowed nor did I get an assist. I also had but my E would not slow anything down until after a few seconds, even after death at my base I was killed and was walking at normal speed without being slowed, nor being highlighted. I'm pretty sure I should have gotten at least 3 assist for this but since the slow did not apply, I'm guessing damage did not either. If needed I can go into my games log since it was the last ranked game I played
