Renekton W Bug with Quinn?

Hello, I was recently playing in a game where my top lane Renekton consistently experienced his W missing Quinn while he was blinded, as if the ability was still in pre-rework state. His regular auto attacks still hit her during blind. We tested this out in a custom game afterwards and it does appear to cause Renekton to miss W. I'm not sure if this bug is affecting other champions or if Renekton is the only one experiencing this bug.

EDIT: This bug appears to affecting all champions who apply stuns through autoattacks, such as Udyr, Leona, and Renekton.

I had agame as shyvana against quinn recently, and it might have had the same effect on shyvana's Q so it might be every basic attack enhancing abilities that are affected
