[GAMEPLAY] Jarvan IV's Q and E sometimes making him unstoppable

This is only base off of seeing this 3 times, but I remember the frustration I had when I found out that knockback while he was charging to me was useless. I think it's when he's just casting it, but it still should knock him back right? Or is this an intended effect?
