Statikk Shiv and Rapid Firecannon are broken on Master Yi (Literally, not gameplay-wise)

This is one-time anecdotal evidence. I was testing the new items in a custom game, and when I played Master Yi, I noticed that after a few fights against the bots I set up, Statikk Shiv and Rapid Firecannon "Energized Attacks" stopped working. Their energy was set to "100", but they would not discharge. This happened when I had both items at the same time, and when I had only one of each without the other. Selling and repurchasing the "Energized Attack" items would temporary fix the bug, but after a few fights again, they would stop at "100" energy and continue to not discharge.

Has anybody else noticed this bug when playing Master Yi? I will play another game to see if it reoccurs for me, or was just a one-game bug. This bug did not occur on any other champion I have played yet with Shiv or Firecannon; only Master Yi.
