[CLIENT] Spectating Issues?
Me and some of my friends are having issues when attempting to spectate. Sometimes we get to the loading screen and sometimes we do not. If we do, everyone stays at 100% for ever. Is this only me and a select few?

This is an issue for many and it's super annoying. I am not able to spectate on either a Mac or a Windows computer, I merely get "connection to the spectate server failed." it's been happening for MONTHS and there hasn't seemed to be any fix found or created :\
This began occurring to me for well over a week, I believe it bled on for over 3 weeks in late august early September. There is a forum post here where many people were reporting the issue with no response or help -> http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=3112272
Over the last 2 days I've attempted to spectate the issue has re-awoken and now I am unable to spectate any games again. Between the time period I mentioned above and now the issue seemed to have dissolved, but now it is back again.
I am unable to spectate as well, hoping for a fix
