[Champ Select Bug] System kicks for not banning a champion during pick intent phase

This happened to me twice yesterday. I was in pick intent phase. I was top, selected Shen with about 25 seconds remaining. The timer got down to the last several seconds, turned orange, and gave me a warning that not locking in a ban is considered dodging and punishable. I ignored it. I was kicked at the end of the timer, received the 5 or 6 minute queue penalty. After the penalty, I queued up again. Was assigned support. I chose Shen with about 20 seconds remaining. The timer did the same as before, told me I needed to ban a champion in the final seconds. I quickly changed my selection to Brand. The system did not kick me. Not sure why this happened, but the warning about locking in showed up twice in pick intent and kicked me once. Which is a bummer since I received the queue dodging penalty...
