Evelynn Vrs Neeko

So I'm not sure if this is Intended or not, But I ulted against a Ulting Neeko, and my R was supposed to take me clear of her Ult, but it actually Locked/rooted me 3/4th the distance my ult takes me backwords at the edge of her ult Circle. which Suggest that while Ulting Backwords I can actually be Rooted by AOE Effects, and pinned out of my Ult, this also Seemed to Negate the Dmg of my Ult entirely as well/put my ult on Cooldown after the spell effect.
