Mordekaiser W skill bug

While playing morde this recent patch ive notice the W will cast onto some random near me and wont go onto whoever i pick.

Happens all the time. Just try to pick an allied champion that are within the skill range and it will choose whoever is nearest morde or randomly pick anyone else but the selected target.

I have encountered this bug in definitely not dominion but not sure if its on all other maps.

It was working as usual last patch.
