Hextech Crafting: Error message and the 3 skins I rerolled are gone, with no info for perman skin

So I just finished opening several Hextech chests, and I got three skins out of it. However, when I rerolled the three to get one permanent, an error message appeared on screen saying it failed. When I checked however, all three skins were gone, and I have no idea what I got out of it.
