[GAMEPLAY] Strange bug, scoreboard CS doesn't match my HUD

I noticed this bug midway through an ARAM game, and I have no idea how it happened, but it certainly is strange... the CS number I see in the top-right of the image doesn't match the number shown on the scoreboard! As I continued to CS in that game, the numbers both increased like normal, but stayed off by 1.
