Hello:

There is a problem in N.U.R.F, Corki's ultimate has 2 seconds cooldown, I don't know it it should be affected by the 80% CDR or it's intended.

Not a bug. "Static" cooldowns like Corki's ult (or Yasuo's dash timer) are not affected by URF's 80% CDR.
