I was fighting a Blood Moon Kennen and I couldn't see his ult it would go off but you cant see it. Now I have the skin and i can see it when i use it, so I think something happens with visuals for the oppisite team to see his ult.

I'm unable to get a repro on this.
We have had issues in the past where some red particles were difficult to see in colorblind mode. In this case (and in Blood Moon Yasuo's case) we did made colorblind adjustments. Did you happen to be using the colorblind mode setting?
We can definitely take another look at this. From what you're saying, this is only occurring from the enemy view?
Oh! Also, what graphics settings are you on? (High/Medium/Low)
I am playing on low graphic settings and I'm not using colorblind mode.
