Maokai Visual Problem

Ever since Maokai was enabled again there seem to be a lot of bugs in his model like the edges of his head being stuck to his body and stretching out when he moves and his left arm not moving right when his laughs and he doesn't open his mouth anymore for his joke. Ive been using the charred maokai skin and i haven't checked if its just that skin or all of them
