Twisted Tree Line Wooglet's Witchcap Bonus AP Bug?

I'm playing Twisted Tree Line and I saw that said that the bonus AP I was getting was 0 and I wasn't sure if its just saying that or if it really isn't giving me any bonus AP. I know Twisted Tree Line isn't your main goal but I like going to it to get a break from The Rift and I would love if you would be able to take a little time to look this over.
