Rek'sai Ult bug

Sorry I'm not posting a video of my own, but RekSai 's ult can be dodged without using invulnerability. People can straight up walk toward RekSai or to the side and dodge the damage... Is this intended? I just played a game vs a Lucian and he could dodge my ult every time. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2515537826/36154434

Since it's a point click shouldn't it always hit unless stated in the tooltip, as all point clicks currently do...

Please fix this. It sucks to have no power over controlling if your most powerful ability will hit or not. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

They already said that this is intended and it is not meant to indodgeable. However, they also said they will be looking to tightening it up so it's not just a targeted bronze 4 warwick ult (they being a rioter on another post)

Not to mention, you literally have to build damage or you do almost nothing now, so having your finisher simply not work really sucks.
