[GAMEPLAY] Bug with new katarina passive

Ok so im in a game of twisted treeline and i just killed the enemy xin with ignite while i was dead and i noticed my e was still on cooldown even though i met the requirements for her passive to go off by damaging him within the last 3 seconds because the ignite tick killed him, maybe you forgot to make ignite count for the last 3 seconds? or maybe that was your plan from the start?

to reproduce

  1. kill an enemy with your only damage within the last 3 seconds being ignite 2)passive should go off but doesnt 3)if it does go off try again but die before they die

Maybe the passive can't go off if you are dead?
