When is the client going to be fixed?

I literally just got into a pre-game lobby where it didn't let me select ANY runes and the font was all Times New Roman, like the place to select your runes were just GONE. So I literally had to play the last champion I played when using these runes which is Jax, really Riot?

Sure the client has been broken for months but it getting to the point where it doesn't even let you select your runes let alone in a ranked game, this damn client needs to be fixed ASAP.
