Blitz q bug

Playing a bot game today and i was trying to pull a Cassiopeia from behind her tower, i flash and pulled... but when i did she got stuck at the tower ._. She didn't come to me. It happened multiple times bot-lane too. I would try and pull sivir over a wall and she would stop at the wall...
