PBE Practice Tool - Annoying Repeated Flash

I thought it was a triggered bug by some certain set of events, but now I know for a hundred percent that whenever you flash, anytime in the game while playing the Practice Tool on PBE, the FLash sound loops and drives you crazy.

same for me but wasn't a practice tool game it was a normal draft game flash in min 4 and the game keeps loob flash sound for the rest of the game
