[GAMEPLAY] Annie does innapropriate amount of damage after the use of Heal

An enemy did more damage than could be possibly be mathematically done by the champion.

I played a game earlier as Fortune and was retreating after an engagement with the enemy being on very low health. I had run past my tower with one of the Annie Support's autoattacks following me. I then used Heal (summoner 7 ) to make sure that I would survive but the AA connected and I died anyway. Confused by this, I immediately looked at Annie's attack damage which was only 54 at that time.

This does not make sense. I don't see how the math can add up (and if I understand how the math works, it clearly does not). A heal at Level 2 heals 105. I believe a 54 AD auto attack, after the 26%+ damage reduction from armor and runes would only do a maximum of 39.96 or less. Even if I was debuffed from a previous Heal, that is still 52.5 health gained which is more than what was done in damage. There are things that could increase the damage like Hybrid Penetration runes or Offensive Masteries (like If Annie had three points in Executioner, but that's only 2.7 damage if it's calculated before Armor, about 2 if after and exactly 1 damage from Arcane Blade.) But apparently, according to Riot's provided information, Annie took 0/9/21 masteries, and had only Magic Penetration marks and a Spellthief's Edge.
