Black screened except for friends list in new client when loading into champ select

Am i the only one? i submitted a support ticket, just want to know if there are others getting this. I, for one, do eventually load into the game, but it takes like 40 seconds, (usually incurring a dodge penalty) comment if you to have this problem!
