I have a 30 minute queue timer because the client wouldnt let me lock in

this is a rant/vent, hear me out

i was in ranked, going to play some Neeko, and the client started off by not letting me ban anything. I clicked Zed, it banned none. When it was my turn to lock, it made me hover none? Like the none icon. Wtf. I spam the lock in button and it gives me an error message, so eventually it times me out. I go in again hoping to be able to lock, nope, now i have a 30 minute queue. This is the first issue i've had with the client too, besides general lag. Im honestly dissapointed.
