A comparison to the CC removal Olaf has would be Gangplank. Gangplank Oranges instantly remove all CC including knock-ups.

GP's oranges do not remove the knock up, but they let you attack and cast skills while mid-air. If you cast them while mid-air, you remain mid-air.
