[GAMEPLAY] Taliyah Q Mana issue on Worked Ground
The cost vs actual cost while casting Taliyah Q needs to be fixed.
Go into a custom and do this:
- Take Q on Taliyah and make Worked Ground
- Use all your mana so you have less mana for a Q cast on NON-Worked Ground
- Stand on Worked Ground (Q icon should change to a single stone)
- Cannot cast Q while having Half the mana as the Non-Worked Ground cast
This bothers me so much because it is being "refunded" but a refund should only matter if X requirement is met based on a certain condition that can change mid cast. Take an Annie Q for example. It refunds mana IF the Q kills. So it Could fail to kill the target during the middle of cast so you do not get refunded. There is a chance for the refund to not make it because of the high potential to miss. With Taliyah on Worked Ground you have met X Requirement and there are no other certain conditions. I Know with over 9000% that it will only cost half my Q mana while on Worked Ground. The icon shows that I am only going to throw 1 stone. The X requirement on Taliyah is Not "If you hit" or "If you kill" it is "If you are on Worked Ground" it refunds half the mana. It should not refund. It should only cost half mana.
So if my Q cost 50 mana to cast on Non Worked Ground then it should only cost 25 mana to cast on Worked Ground. I should not need 50 mana to cast an ability that I know will only use up 25 mana.
