Help League client wont open

Game worked fine yesterday but today i click the launcher and the logo pops up for a split second then goes away and nothing happens. I've looked though the boards and found other people having this problem, but they run as admin and it seems to fix it. This dosnt work for me. I have completely shut off my norton to make sure its not being blocked and that hasn't helped. Ive deleted the recomended things in the rads folder and such.

the launcher dosnt even open so i cant repair from there and when i went to the league site thinking i could redownload it, the install wont open
