[Gameplay] Warwick's ult following characters even when canceled

I ended Warwick's ult onto Draven with a Ziggs satchel charge and Draven was able to run away but the claw animation followed Draven and killed him. Thus the ult didn't stop damaging after the satchel charge. Bug? I think so.
