Champion Shard Disenchantment Bug!!!

Occasionally, when you disenchant a champion shard you won't gain any BE but the shard will disappear from your inventory. I've encountered this bug more than a dozen times already on both live and PBE servers ever since IP were replaced with BE, and, guess what! IT HAS YET TO BE FIXED.

And before you say that it might just be a visual bug: Let me tell you that I had also tried re-logging in several times every time this bug occurred--I even waited a few days while keeping an eye on the BE counter but it didn't change whatsoever.

I've been to lazy to record this on video, but I'm so fed up with this BS that, from now on, every time I'm about to disenchant a champion shard I will turn on shadowplay until I capture this bug in action.

Keep in mind you can buy regular chests with RP as well. So imagine this happening with one of the shards that you've paid ACTUAL MONEY FOR--as if getting a champion shard wasn't anticlimactic enough...
