Emote wheel broken

This isn't terribly important, but ever since .24 hit, my emote wheel won't appear. The unique cursor for it will, but the wheel itself won't. It was unbound when the patch originally dropped, so I rebound it to "T" and that's when I realized it didn't work. I've tried other keybinds to no avail.

I miss giving my teammates a thumbs up when they stop being boosted monkeys. :(
