Client not saving summoner spells, mastery page, rune page and character skin changes.

I just ended a game on Jinx where i had changed my rune page to AD, my summoner spells to Flash and Heal and my rune page to the one I named "Jinx". I also changed my skin to Slayer Jinx. Although, when the game started, i had my Firecracker Jinx skin, my ignite and my ap runes up.

I think there is something wrong with the champion select screen. It kind of got me a very hard game. It happens that i forget to change my runes, but I am 100% positive that I made the changes this game. Please fix this...
