Fiddle passive can reduce dragon's magic resist.

While playing fiddlesticks, you can reduce dragon's magic resist by dealing magic damage to it. Have attached a video to show. Following are the steps to reproduce.

1. Pick fiddlesticks, start drain, and wait for 2:30.
2. Check dragon's magic resist(should be 30) on spawn. Now deal magic damage to it using drain.
3. Dragon's magic resist is now 20.

I believe this is not intended. Dragon is resistant to debuffs. This should be fixed soon.
