Kalista can freely auto attack while feared.

While playing Kalista, if you issue an auto attack while being feared, your auto attacks go through for some reason, presumably because your auto attacks cannot be cancelled. However, under some circumstances a second one can be issued and that succeeds.

Rough Steps to reproduce problem:

1. Choose a champion that has the fear mechanic(nocturne,shaco,fiddlesticks). Fiddlesticks is better off since his fear is instant.
2. Try auto attacking while feared, or issue shift-click commands while feared.
3. Observe results.

Expected Result : Kalista is feared, moving away from the source of fear with impaired movement and is unable to attack or cast spells. Observed Result : Kalista is feared, but she continues to auto attack and jump towards the source of fear and then away.

This was very experimental of me, as I hopped into a custom game to see if kalista's passive was fixed since I couldn't find any source.I would like to believe the source of the bug could be with the item - runaan's hurricane. I went on to play and observed this certain aspect of kalista. If anyone else would like to test this out with a second person, I will be glad to help and pinpoint the exact steps to reproduce.
