Champion Stats for Ranked

When you go into ranked stats, a gamer can't look up there stats for their champions that they have played in ranked. I have been wondering if that is a bug or a new feature in ranked. I have always enjoyed looking up my champion stats, and my win percentile in ranked. Can someone explain to me why you can't look up champion stats? Thanks!
