[GAMEPLAY] Lucian Ult Continues Inside of Sona Ult

Lucian's Culling continued to deal damage to Sona, even though Sona disabled Lucian with her Crescendo. As far as I can tell, both ultimates started at the same time. And as I believe to know it, hard cc stops Lucian ult. For instance, in the same game, I hit Lucian during the Culling with Enchanted Crystal Arrow resulting in a stun and ended the culling. Something is up with the mechanics of Lucian's Ult. The way to reproduce what was shown on the video is unknown.
