The main issue I have is when your W collapses sometimes it will hit all the minions inside, sometimes it will hit 2 and sometimes it will just hit a random number of targets.

At first i thought the difference was how the two circles interact or if you didnt have a second circle at all. It still showed wild results

Combined that with the fact sometimes you get attacked in an enemy minion wave and when it collapses it wont prioritize stealing hp from the champ
