so idk if this is intended but his q doesnt proc with sated unlike every other champion his q is an on hit effect xin procs q with sated and takes 2 hits to knock someone up and i feel like its unfair to the champion that his q doesnt do the same
His Q can't be reset so as to gate the burst damage it does. This is undoubtedly intended.

Right. It's unfair that he can't add an extra 500 or so onto his 1000+ final proc. Seems about right.
