[CLIENT] UPDATE on the Bugsplat on Launch Bug

It turns out that the bugsplat launcher bug has to do with how the launcher closes, and it's (probably) not anything to do with the process of booting up the client. I found that the bugsplat occurs regardless of whether you click "Launch" or you hit the X in the top right. Hope this helps :)
