[GAMEPLAY] Masteries bugged on Katarina and Fizz bot (tracked to Patch 6.22).

There has been a bug or bugs occurring in the Co-op vs. AI game mode for multiple patches with the masteries for the bots for Katarina and Fizz. On the profile in the loading screen, the slot for the icon for the keystone mastery only displays a solid blue square for these two champions instead of the icon for a mastery. When in game, the scoreboard instead displays an "X" like it does for players who do not have a filled a mastery tree.

I tested to determine whether or not this was just a graphical bug and I conclude it is not. Causing these specific bots to attack to proc a keystone has no effect: There is no Thunderlord's Decree after three hits, they do not lifesteal as with Warlord's, they do not gain AD as with Fervor nor do they gain stacks, and so forth.

Further, hovering the cursor over the keystone slot on the scoreboard brings up the following message: http://i.imgur.com/7VzZv68.png

With further looking, I found that the first instance of the bug occurring happened on Patch 6.22, the patch after Doom Bots. I have provided a screenshot of the game version with the bug. http://i.imgur.com/GC4j7LK.png
