Camera locked

Got a game where i somehow (idk how) pressed the locked camera button. I could't solve it by pressing T, f1 (as someone in team told me) and by clicking the button next to the mini map.

Sometimes it works, and sometimes not, i didn't change any key binding!

This is annoying and i couldn't play properly the last 10 min of my game.
