NEW Alpha Strike Bug

I didn't manage to get any video clips, but I was playing yi yesterday and noticed that every now and then when I would alpha strike, it would immediately show it was not on cooldown before I could auto attack anything, yet I could not activate it again. After a few seconds, the cooldown would show as if it had been there the whole time.

Its not game-changing and I realize that alpha strike is the most bugged ability in the game so this will probably never be fixed, but i thought i should report it anyways.
