My client presets and sometimes runes will get reset whenever Log in

Sometimes when I log in My presets like chat options, Voice, and Runes would get reset, even my summoner spells during champ select will switch back to default, and when I got to the profile page stats would have a notification Indicator telling me to start ranked season 9 as If Season 9 Just started, Is this happening to anyone else?
