Summoner Name Change not Working

I went to the Summoner name change to check if a name was available, when I clicked "Check Name", this message popped up: 200.(from Adobe Air) Also I think there is a typo: Please check your name is available. Isn't it supposed to be:"Please check if your name is available."? Please work on this.
